What struck us most about Martin is his relatability and humility. He is competent and confident, thinking on his feet to make the right changes for what the team needs. He is highly relatable, humble and credible - bringing a breadth of experience and depth of knowledge that has been invaluable to us. His content was on point, ensuring not to over complicate things, while providing fresh insight and great learning.
