About Me

I specialise in Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness and Alignment, and Change Leadership.

I use plain English and straight forward techniques to provide insights that leaders can apply immediately that make the difference.

I draw on theories of neuroscience, organisational psychology and leadership strategy but work hard to avoid the ‘jargon’ and ‘organisational speak’. My role is to translate these theories to your real work situations to make you a stronger leader and build effective teams.
