I’m a seasoned organisational change professional with first-hand experience in the Finance, Local Government, Resources and Consumer Goods sectors.
I started Lead Change after 15 years in Management and Organisational Development Roles. I now get the chance to work across many and varied sectors and share this understanding of teams, people and their ingrained habits.
I’m passionate about having real conversations with teams and leaders about what their challenges are and what will help them be more successful and enjoy their work. I’ve witnessed the initiatives for leaders and organisations that stick and those that fall away.
My motto is “Uncomplicated Leadership”. There are just 100’s of tools, models and suggestions for Leaders to adopt. Where to start? What to focus on? What is worth investing in? After many years I’ve witnessed the things that make the most difference for leaders and developed uncomplicated approaches around these.
In our workshops and coaching sessions participants are encouraged to look a little deeper into their own motivations and leadership style; to talk honestly and engage with their team; and to take immediate action with small habit changes.
