Making the transition to a coaching style of leader can be challenging but it will have a significant impact on team performance and organisational culture.

Coaching skills have a much broader application than just coaching a team member. This workshop challenges leaders to consider a coaching style in many of their interactions.

What will I learn?

•Understand how coaching builds greater accountability, ownership and creativity

•Developing a coaching mind-set. 

•Explore the concept of performance/ potential and ‘interference’.

•Demonstrate core coaching skills, with a focus on effective listening, questioning, and creating accountability.

•How to apply coaching in a variety of settings: feedback, performance planning and review, team meetings, stakeholder engagement and others.

•Coaching as a culture change initiative.

•Practice with real topics participants prepare in advance.
