Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information LeadChange collects through leadchange.com.au, why, and what we do with it. "LeadChange", "we" and "us" mean Lead Change Pty Ltd (ABN 15 606 262 542).
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on our Contact page, we collect:
- your organisation
- your role
- what you tell us about the situation you want to discuss
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it.
The form also records which page or link brought you to it, and, if you came from our leadership quiz, the program the quiz suggested. This tells us what you were reading when you got in touch.
When you register interest as an associate through the form on our Work with us page, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- where you are based
- your accreditations
- the sectors you have worked in
- a link to work you have delivered, if you choose to give one
- anything else you choose to tell us.
When you ask for the sample LeadChange 360 report on our LeadChange 360 page, we collect your email address. The request also records the page you asked from.
When you take the leadership quiz, your answers stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere. If you then send an enquiry, only the suggested program goes with it, not your answers.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages visited, links clicked, roughly where you are (country and city), and the device and browser you use. It does not give us your name or contact details. See our cookie policy.
Technical information. To protect the form from spam, our server notes the internet (IP) address a form is sent from and holds it for up to one hour. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not ask for it. Please do not include it in an enquiry.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about working together.
- To consider you as an associate, if you register interest, and to contact you about it.
- To send you the sample LeadChange 360 report, and to let us follow up with you about it.
- To understand which pages and links lead people to get in touch, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site and form secure and free of spam.
We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent them.
Where it goes
- Your enquiry is sent as a single email to Martin Green at LeadChange. It is not saved in a database on the website. The email is kept in LeadChange's email system (Microsoft 365).
- An associate expression of interest is handled the same way: a single email to Martin Green, not saved on the website, kept in LeadChange's email system.
- A sample report request is handled the same way: a single email to Martin Green with your address, not saved on the website, kept in LeadChange's email system.
- The form's email is delivered by our website's email service provider, Resend (Resend, Inc.), which processes it in the United States.
- Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). Google may process it outside Australia, including in the United States.
- The website is hosted by Lovable, on Cloudflare's global network, which serves pages from data centres around the world.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia. We use them because they are the services the site runs on, and we take reasonable steps to choose providers that protect personal information.
We do not disclose your personal information to anyone else unless you agree or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
| Information | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Enquiry emails | As long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then deleted |
| Associate expressions of interest | As long as needed to consider you and any work that follows, then deleted |
| Analytics data | 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google Analytics |
| IP address used for spam protection | Up to one hour |

Terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of leadchange.com.au. The site is run by Lead Change Pty Ltd (ABN 15 606 262 542) ("LeadChange", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is for
The site gives information about LeadChange's leadership programs, coaching, the LeadChange 360 and the book Leadership Uncomplicated, and lets you get in touch with us. It is general information. It is not advice for your organisation's particular situation; that comes from talking with us.
Working with LeadChange on a program is covered by a separate agreement, not by these terms.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own information and your organisation's internal use. Please don't:
- use it in a way that breaks the law
- try to interfere with how it works, including sending automated or bulk messages through the form
- copy content from it to use commercially without our permission.
Who owns the content
The content on this site belongs to LeadChange or the people who allowed us to use it. This includes the text, the LeadChange models and diagrams, the quiz, the names of our programs, the LeadChange 360, and the material from Leadership Uncomplicated. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a credit to LeadChange. For anything more, email [email protected].
Client logos and names belong to their owners.
The quiz
The leadership quiz suggests which program may suit your situation, based on your answers. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment of your team or your leaders.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as Amazon and LinkedIn. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, current or free of interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, LeadChange is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its general information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute about them is for the courts of Queensland.

Accessibility
Last reviewed: 1 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use leadchange.com.au, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our target
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This includes:
- text that has enough contrast with its background, including text over photographs
- every page usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
- labels on every form field that stay visible as you type, and error messages read out by screen readers
- text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- pages that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
How we checked
We checked the site on 1 October 2026 with automated tests and by using it with a keyboard alone. The tests measured text contrast against WCAG 2.2 AA on every page, and checked every page at screen widths from 390 to 1440 pixels. Using only a keyboard, every control on the home page, the quiz and the contact page could be reached, with a visible focus outline. The pages we tried still worked when zoomed to 200%.
Known limitations
- We have not yet tested the site with a screen reader.
- We have tested in one browser engine (Chromium, used by Chrome and Edge), not yet in Safari or Firefox or on phones.
- Some images do not yet have their final text description.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us:
- email [email protected]
- phone 1300 032 823.
Please say which page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
